The agreement begins with an initial payment indicated in the pricing table in the estimate or invoice provided by Code Chopper after discussion.
Our service pricing is tuned with the national standards and in many cases below the average rates. However, the service price is not fixed and would change in accordance with the deadline, complexity, and nature of the project.
Initial payment of the order needs to be done before phases completion, when one phase is completed, remaining payment has to be done within 4 days. I accept payments from PayPal for now.
As soon as the payment is made, a confirmatory message will be sent to client’s registered email address, and another message later regarding the completion status of the order.
If the client holds work and applies for a refund within 4 days, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of 45 USD, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client.
If at the time of the request for a refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.
